Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to support our CPA office. This part-time role combines bookkeeping, client account reconciliation, payroll, and general office support in a professional environment.ResponsibilitiesEnter invoices and provide accounts payable reports to clientsPost financial transactions to ledgers and reconcile accountsProcess payroll and prepare 1099s/W-2sSupport tax preparation and year-end reportingAnswer client calls and maintain filing systemsAssist with client onboarding and office tasksQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Accounting coursework or degree preferred)1–3 years of bookkeeping experiencePreferred knowledge of GAAP and bookkeeping practicesExperience with Sage, QuickBooks, and/or similar accounting softwareStrong Excel and Office skills, detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitaskProfessional, discreet, and client-focusedRequirementsMust successfully complete a basic background and credit checkPay: From $22.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid time offWork Location: In person
