Job DescriptionResponsibilities/Job Description:Fairview is seeking a Same Day Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinics Burnsville. The Same Day Nurse Practitioner will provide full-scope care for same-day patient needs, including acute and chronic condition management and in-office procedures, as appropriate. Also provides cross-coverage for provider in-baskets during absences, with dedicated schedule time allocated.
