The Registered Nurse will assess patients' health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.Responsibilities:Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plansAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff memberCommunicate with patients and families to provide education and supportCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatmentDocument patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical recordsStay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursingParticipate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skillsOther duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred, but not necessaryCurrent Texas state license as a Registered NurseMinimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered NurseExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionalsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsPerks:Competitive wagePaid time off (start earning from day 1.
