Our client, a well-established and mission-driven community healthcare organization in San Jose California, is seeking a compassionate and dedicatedStaff Primary Care Physicianto join their growing primary care team. This opportunity may be open to new grads.The Staff Physician provides comprehensive primary care services and plays a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
Conduct medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Emphasize preventive care and health education
Coordinate referrals and specialty consultations as needed
Serve as a patient advocate and support families in navigating care
Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
Maintain accurate, timely documentation using SOAP format
Engage in daily care team huddles and collaborative clinical programming
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited residency program
Current DEA registration
Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
Experience in community health or primary care settings preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations
