The focus of the Clinical Sales Associate (CSA) is to clinically sell to maximize the da Vinci Surgical Systems utilization in the Greensboro territory./ppEssential Job Duties/pulliWork with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy to drive robot utilization/liliManage surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration and da Vinci Surgery applications/liliBe a da Vinci Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties/liliSupport regional Sales and Marketing events that create system awareness and procedure adoption/liliDevelop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure they can use the system unsupervised/liliDrive continuous expansion of the user base by working with KOLs/liliDrive the sales of instruments and accessories/liliResponsibly manage administrative tasks; sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc./li/ulpRequired Skills and Experience/pulliA minimum of 2 years outside sales experience, medical device preferred/liliAbility to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed/liliBachelors degree required/li/ulpPreferred Skills and Experience/pulliProven record of success/liliAmbition and exceptional work ethic/liliAbility to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment/liliExcellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills/liliProven ability to work effectively as part of a team/li/ul/div
