This is an in‑person position with one virtual Friday work‑from‑home day.
About the Role
We are seeking a driven, detail‑oriented paralegal with experience in Utah family law to provide essential support to our attorneys. You will play a key role in drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, managing scheduling, and communicating with clients, all while ensuring that each client feels supported and informed throughout their case.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines.
Transcribe dictations and prepare correspondence.
Maintain and organize legal files and case materials.
Schedule hearings, mediations, meetings, and other court‑related events.
Provide direct administrative and case‑management support to attorneys.
Assist in mediations, hearings, and trials as needed.
Communicate professionally with clients, keeping them informed and supported throughout their case.
Required Experience & Skills
2 - 3 years of Family Law Paralegal Experience.
Proven experience as a paralegal in Utah family law.
Strong understanding of court rules and case deadlines.
Proficiency in drafting and proofreading legal documents.
Exceptional writing skills, including grammar and composition.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Strong client communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with legal research tools and procedures.
Experience with legal billing.
Familiarity with rules of civil procedure.
Proficiency in administrative support and clerical duties.
Minimum education level: high school.

Job Type: Full-time
Location: In‑person, Park City, UT (with one remote work from home day on Friday)
Schedule: Salaried – 8‑hour shift, Monday‑Thursday in office; Fridays and inclement weather remote.
