Service Sales Representative
Description:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Sales Representative to support our growing solar service division. This role is responsible for generating and sending service quotes, following up with clients, and converting service opportunities into scheduled work. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and confident communicating with homeowners and commercial clients.This position plays a key role in driving revenue through service upgrades, repairs, system expansions, maintenance agreements, and warranty-related opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and send accurate service quotes for solar repairs, add-ons, upgrades, and maintenanceFollow up with customers via phone, email, and text to close open estimatesTrack and manage service opportunities in CRMCoordinate with the service and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffIdentify upsell opportunities such as:Battery storage additionsSystem expansionsMain panel upgradesMonitoring upgradesMaintenance plansRespond promptly to inbound service inquiriesMaintain detailed communication notes and follow-up remindersMeet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targetsDeliver excellent customer experience throughout the service processRequirements: 2+ years of sales experience (solar or home services preferred)Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, JobNimbus, etc.)Strong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized and process-drivenAbility to manage multiple quotes and follow-ups simultaneouslyComfortable discussing pricing and overcoming objectionsBasic understanding of solar systems (preferred but not required)Key Skills & TraitsStrong follow-up disciplineDetail-oriented and accurate with pricingSelf-motivated and goal-drivenProfessional and customer-focusedTeam player with strong internal communicationPI10eb87ec26ee-26289-39994864
