OverviewSeeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support training operations, logistics, and classroom coordination across multiple learning programs. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate communications with trainees and stakeholdersSchedule training sessions, send invitations, and manage LMS registrationsPrepare and distribute training reports and performance dataCompile data to support training improvements and reportingEnsure all training materials are prepared, printed, and available for sessionsSet up training rooms and ensure all required technology is operationalManage catering logistics for training sessionsMaintain accurate training records, including attendance trackingSupport program evaluation collection and analysisManage training sample inventory and ensure facility readinessAssist with overall training center operations and additional administrative tasks as neededRequired Qualifications12 years of relevant experience in operations, coordination, or administrative supportHigh school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelors degree preferred)Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and WordKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work with urgency and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCustomer-service mindset with the ability to interact professionally across all levelsProactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable in ambiguous environmentsStrong problem-solving and time management skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
