Job Description Description: Transportation & Highway Technical Manager – Civil EngineeringFisher Associates is seeking a Transportation & Highway Technical Manager / Civil Engineer to provide senior-level technical leadership on highway and roadway design projects throughout Upstate New York. This role is ideal for an experienced Civil Engineer or Transportation Engineer who is passionate about transportation infrastructure, roadway design, and mentoring engineering teams.As a Technical Manager, you will lead hands-on highway and roadway design, guide engineering staff, and ensure high-quality project delivery for clients including NYSDOT and local municipalities.You will play a key role in technical decision-making, project quality, and team development while helping deliver impactful transportation infrastructure projects across the region.
