If you thrive in a fast-paced retail sales environment, enjoy helping customers, and are driven by performance goals, we want to meet you.Retail Sales Associate ResponsibilitiesAs a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.Key Responsibilities:Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environmentIdentify customer needs through consultative selling and active listeningEducate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and servicesDrive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goalsProcess transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accuratelyMaintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutionsDeliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the saleMaintain visual merchandising standards and brand complianceWork collaboratively with team members to maximize store sales performanceRetail Sales Associate QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED (Required)1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environmentAbility to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shiftGoal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targetsBasic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as neededNew to retail sales?
