Job Summary We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our establishment. Responsibilities - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Deliver orders promptly and accurately - Assist with menu recommendations and upselling - Handle cash and credit card transactions using a POS system - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service Requirements - Prior experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred - Proficiency in basic math for order accuracy and cash handling - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of nightclub or culinary environment is a plus - Willingness to learn and help out where needed Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $3.90 per hour Expected hours: No more than 20 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Shift: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Experience: Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Shelby Township, MI 48316 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Shelby Township, MI 48316: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
