System Engineer
Duties May Include:Deploy and configure ArcGIS across a wide variety of environments including operating systems, cloud providers, security architectures, and customer organizations to meet service level agreementsPlan and execute migration of content from one ArcGIS deployment to another, encompassing different architectures, deployment strategies, and software componentsTroubleshoot advanced ArcGIS deployments, providing guidance for platform components such as storage, networking, and securityWork closely with customers and partners to identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platformCollaborate internally to help customer organizations align their technical objectives and business goals with Esri's technology platform Requirements Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, GIS, or STEM-related field8+ years of professional experience in a similar position supporting similar responsibilitiesExperience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise ArcGIS or comparable IT systems (desktop, server, and online)Broad system administration experience on Windows and/or LinuxWorking knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or C#)Familiarity with network concepts and topics (domains, directories, DNS, HTTPS, firewalls, proxies, load-balancing)Experience with at least one RDBMS including SQL query writing (SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL)US Citizenship requiredActive or current (within two years of active) Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility Desired Qualifications:Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, GIS, or STEM-related fieldOne or more industry-standard IT certifications (Esri, Microsoft, or Amazon)CompTIA Security+ certificationExperience with Esri software including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Runtime, and their associated APIs or interfacesCloud-based system operations (SysOps) experience Benefits At Trinity Global Consulting (TGC), we value our employees and provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage - Coverage for eligible employees and family through CareFirst and VSP.Paid Time Off - PTO granted in accordance with contract requirements.Paid Holidays - 11 federal holidays observed annually.Disability & Life Insurance - Short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, and AD&D coverage included.401(k) Retirement Plan - Competitive plan managed through Ameritas.Professional Training - Formal training provided as required, with additional learning opportunities based on role.
