Operations Lead – Dog Daycare & Boarding Facility Pay: $19-22/hour Hours: Full-time (40–45 hrs/week) Growth Opportunity: Promotion to salaried Operations Manager within 90 days Morgan’s Paws Pet Care Center is seeking a confident, reliable Operations Lead to oversee daily operations in our busy dog daycare and boarding facility. This is a leadership role with real responsibility and decision-making authority. We are looking for someone who can run the building, lead staff, and enforce policies — not just help out. What You’ll Be Responsible For Running daily operations of the facility Creating and managing staff schedules Handling call-offs and securing coverage independently Supervising staff on the floor and maintaining safety standards Enforcing company policies consistently Handling routine client concerns professionally Opening and closing the facility Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and care standards Communicating clearly with ownership when necessary This Role Is NOT A front desk-only position A “helper” role A position where the owner makes all decisions You will be trusted to lead.
