Key responsibilities for the EVP, Head of Annuity Solutions include new business and client leadership, team leadership, and financial and in-force oversight. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in the industry, strong strategic and decision-making skills, and the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team. The candidate should be adept at financial forecasting, presenting to various stakeholders, and have a deep understanding of annuity products, including U.S. annuities and retirement expertise.
