The Property Attendant is responsible for the quality completion of all projects at their assigned association to perform janitorial and maintenance labor, to maintain property and pool/spa in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. Each Monday morning, report to manager to obtain checklist and priorities. Submit to manager at week end with progress.CLEANING SCHEDULEDAILYLOBBY/ENTRANCEKeep ashtrays clean and remove all lifter.Keep kitchen clean and neatWipe off cabinet doors — keep doors closed.Check for cleanliness of restrooms. Make sure there is an adequate supply of toilet tissue, paper towels and soap.Wipe off lobby doors (fingerprints/smudges); empty lobby trash cans daily.POOL/SPA AREA/LAKESIDE PATIOSSweep dirt and leaves from pool deckingWash & wipe chairs and tables. Clean mildew and other dirt.Arrange furniture in pre-determined pattern. Also check furniture arrangement at end ofday.Empty wastebasket and wash inside/outsidePlace & conceal leaf trash can behind pool houseKeep roof of pool house clean.
