If you are looking for a supportive environment where your clinical voice matters and your work truly makes a difference, we would love to meet you.Apply with your resume and cover letter through this posting or complete an application on our website: https://www.wavesbehavioral.com/joinourteam and email your cover letter and resume to office@wavesbehavioral.comPosition Type: W2 Employee, Full TimeService Locations: Client homes, schools, community settings, and our clinic in Largo within the Pinellas County area.Salary: Hourly & Salary options available (both W2 employee options)ResponsibilitiesConduct behavior and skills assessments and develop individualized treatment plansProvide caregiver training and support to parents, guardians, teachers, and other stakeholdersOversee ABA programs across home, school, clinic, and community settingsProvide direct therapy sessions as needed, including individual and group sessionsSupervise and support Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Collect, graph, and analyze data and complete monthly progress reportsCollaborate with multidisciplinary professionals supporting each clientProvide mentorship, training, and clinical support to RBTs and BCaBAsCommunicate with administrative and billing teams to ensure compliance with funder requirementsMaintain BCBA certification and meet all BACB and payor requirementsParticipate in team meetings and contribute to the continued growth of our clinical programQualificationsBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standingMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years experience working with children or adolescents with autism or developmental disabilitiesAbility to pass a Level 2 background screeningValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within Pinellas CountyCPR/First Aid certificationComfortable working in natural environments with caregivers or school staff presentAbility to lift/move up to 50 lbs and maintain active therapy positions as neededPreferred QualificationsMedicaid provider numberSafety Care crisis intervention certifiedCredentialed with private insurance providers such as BCBS, Evernorth/Cigna, or AetnaWhat We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a BCBA who is:Collaborative and supportive with team membersCreative and flexible in treatment planningCompassionate with families and clientsMotivated to make meaningful progress with the individuals they serveIf you are passionate about making a difference and want to grow with a BCBA-owned organization that values quality care and clinician input, we encourage you to apply.
