Driver
DriverThe job of the driver exists to help meet the commercial truck needs of customers by completing a sales transaction in delivering and picking up trucks in a timely, safe and courteous manner; additionally, may assist in other miscellaneous duties.
Essential duties and responsibilities include inspecting cab and body before delivery, checking documentation for truck and completing entries, coordinating the pickup and drop off of other drivers to save time, maintaining vehicle; checking fluids, washing, keeping maintenance log, writing gas slips, estimating gas costs, maintaining log of dealer addresses and driving directions, tracking and reporting working hours, obeying all applicable traffic laws, always making safety a priority, washing car in preparation of delivery, and may assist in other miscellaneous duties.
To be successful, you need a high school diploma or GED, a valid driving license, and English language skills.
