Direct Care Worker: 12pm-8pm

WSC is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team and assist individuals at our Apartment program in Howell, MI. Open Roles: 1 Full-Time Role 12p-8p (with rotating weekends) 1 Part-Time Role 12-8pm (with rotating weekends)The Apartment Program is an extension of our TBI group home designed for residents who require a lower level of supervision. Support is tailored to individual needs and may include hourly or every two-hour check-ins. This program also provides a pathway for eligible residents from the Howell House group home to transition into a more independent living setting.What You’ll Do:Support residents with daily living activities and personal careEncourage and assist with community outings and social engagementPerform light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable environmentPrepare simple, nutritious mealsCollaborate with a compassionate, team-oriented staffWhat We’re Looking For:High school diploma or GEDAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
