Production Supervisor

I'm currently partnering with a growing aerospace/electronics manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Production Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily operations on the manufacturing floor.This is not a desk-only leadership role — the team is looking for someone who enjoys being on the floor, supporting technicians, solving problems in real time, and helping production stay on track.What you'll be doing:• Lead daily production activities and floor execution• Support and develop technicians and assemblers• Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain• Troubleshoot production issues and remove bottlenecks• Drive workflow/process improvements and schedule adherence• Help build a strong, team-oriented manufacturing cultureWhat they're looking for:5+ years in manufacturing/assembly environments2+ years leading or supervising teamsStrong mechanical/electrical assembly knowledgeExperience troubleshooting in a production environmentLean manufacturing/process improvement exposure preferredRF or high-frequency electronics experience is a plusThis role is ideal for someone who has naturally stepped into leadership responsibilities (mentoring, coaching, guiding technicians, leading projects, etc.) and is ready to continue growing as a manufacturing leader.
