Anode Research Engineer

Ampace (新能安) is a global battery-technology company specializing in lithium-ion cells and systems for energy storage, data centers, and critical power. Our R&D pairs advanced cell chemistry with semi-solid-state technology to deliver safe, high-performance batteries at scale. This position is based at our R&D center in Xiamen, China.Responsibilities:1. Lead the technology roadmap and patent strategy for next-generation silicon-anode systems.2. Collaborate with leading institutions and teams to develop and bring in innovative technologies.Requirements:1. PhD in materials, chemistry, electrochemistry, or a related field.2. Strong literature analysis and report writing; solid grasp of Li-ion and Na-ion battery fundamentals.3. Good coordination and execution, active thinking, and a strong sense of innovation.新能安（Ampace）是一家全球领先的电池科技企业，专注于锂离子电芯及电池系统的研发与制造，产品广泛应用于储能、数据中心及关键电源等领域。公司结合先进的电芯化学体系与半固态电池技术，致力于打造兼具高安全性、高性能和规模化生产能力的电池产品。本岗位工作地点位于中国厦门研发中心。岗位职责负责下一代硅基负极材料及体系的技术路线规划，制定专利布局策略，推动核心技术创新。与国内外高校、科研院所及行业领先团队开展技术合作，推动前沿技术研发及成果引入与转化。任职要求材料、化学、电化学或相关专业博士学历。具备较强的文献调研、分析及技术报告撰写能力，熟悉锂离子电池、钠离子电池的基础理论及关键技术。具备良好的组织协调能力和执行力，思维活跃，具有较强的创新意识和科研能力。
