Hourly Shift Manager

Pay Range $10 - $15 based on experience and certifications Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the Papa Johns restaurant, including overseeing food service, kitchen management, and customer service. Supervise and train team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, and inventory control to ensure quality and efficiency. Utilize POS systems for order processing, payments, and tracking sales data accurately. Conduct interviews, hire staff, and provide ongoing coaching to maintain a high level of service. Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.
