Job Title- Project Manager - Product Supply Operations Location- St Louis, MO/Remote Duration- 12 MOnth+ Project- Manufacturing or Operations background is important- PM needs general understanding of systems - warehouse floorSummaryWe are seeking a Project Manager to support digital manufacturing and operations initiatives within the Product Supply organization. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end projects related to manufacturing, warehouse, and operational systems, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.The ideal candidate will have experience managing operations or manufacturing-related projects, strong stakeholder management skills, and a general understanding of warehouse floor and manufacturing systems.Key Responsibilities:Manage project lifecycle from initiation through go-live and closureCreate and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocationCoordinate cross-functional teams including operations, manufacturing, IT, and vendorsTrack KPIs, risks, issues, and project performance metricsProvide weekly status updates and communicate project progress to leadershipSupport system implementations and operational go-livesMaintain project documentation and portfolio management updatesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience3+ years of Project Management experience (5+ preferred)Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, or operations environmentsStrong knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project and SmartsheetProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePointExcellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsAdditional Information:Preferred location: St. Louis (onsite Monday-Thursday, remote Friday)Remote candidates will be consideredTravel required once per month, up to 50% during project go-livesConsumer Goods industry experience preferred
