You will review AI-generated content, evaluate step-by-step reasoning, and provide expert feedback to ensure outputs are accurate, logical, and aligned with safety policies.Working across Brazilian Portuguese and English, you will apply nuanced linguistic, cultural, and policy judgment to evaluate and improve model behavior. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the safety and alignment of leading AI systems used globally.This role may involve exposure to sensitive content, including material that is sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, clarity, reasoning quality, and safety complianceIdentify logical, methodological, or conceptual errors in model outputsCompare and rate multiple AI responses based on correctness, safety alignment, and policy adherencePerform fact-checking and validation where requiredConduct red-teaming and adversarial testing to uncover vulnerabilities, edge cases, and unsafe behaviorsDocument findings with clear, structured reasoning and reproducible decision pathsApply and localize safety policies consistently across Portuguese and English, identifying slang, coded language, and cultural nuanceEscalate ambiguous cases using defined policy frameworksRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Communications, Psychology, Law, Policy, Security Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Native or near-native Brazilian Portuguese proficiency (reading and writing)Minimum C1 English proficiency (reading and writing)5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, policy operations, compliance, investigations, or related functionsProven LLM red-teaming / adversarial testing experience (required)Strong ability to preserve meaning, intent, and severity across languagesExcellent analytical writing and structured reasoning skillsHigh attention to detail and consistency in applying safety guidelinesAbility to work independently in a remote contractor environmentSecure handling of sensitive and confidential contentPreferred QualificationsExperience in AI data annotation, model evaluation, or localization/translationFamiliarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar AI platformsExperience working with structured safety taxonomies or policy frameworksBackground in investigative, editorial, or analytical roles
