Executive Director of Operations
About This PositionMcPherson College seeks a strategic and collaborative leader to serve as Executive Director of Operations. This role provides campus-wide leadership for facilities operations, capital projects, information technology coordination, enterprise systems, and institutional property management. The Executive Director is responsible for long-range planning, project management, capital improvement projects, operational budgeting, and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant campus environments.
