The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC machines with minimal supervision to produce high-quality parts.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC lathe machines (3, 4, and 5-Axis) according to blueprint specifications.Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot controllers, machines, and processes.Select appropriate tools and set feeds and speeds to meet production requirements.Perform inspections of machined parts using precision hand tools to ensure quality standards.Work independently with minimal supervision and maintain productivity.Lift up to 70 lbs. as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools, equipment, and machinery.Monitor inventory and reorder tools as necessary.Requirements:High School Diploma or GED.8-10 years of CNC Machining (Lathe) experience in CNC 3 & 4-Axis lathe setup and operation.Aerospace background is preferred.
