On a day-to-day basis, this role sources and screens candidates, conducts interviews, and presents qualified talent to clients while maintaining clear, timely communication with all parties. The Full-Desk Recruiter actively develops and manages client relationships, gathers detailed job requirements, and advises clients on market trends, candidate availability, and hiring strategies. Responsibilities include writing and posting job ads, leveraging job boards and professional networks, maintaining an organized applicant tracking system, and negotiating offers to ensure successful placements. The role requires consistent follow-up, pipeline management, and performance reporting to meet individual and team targets.Qualifications Full-Desk Recruiter or Senior Agency Recruiter with Existing Client Base.50% commission on gross profit plus bonuses! 💰💸 Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, client coordination, and offer negotiation.Ability to develop and maintain client relationships, gather hiring requirements, and act as a trusted advisor on talent and market conditions.Proficiency using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to build and manage talent pipelines.Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and clients at various levels.Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a high-activity environment.Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable results, problem-solving, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.Comfort working independently in a remote setting while collaborating closely with a distributed team.Previous agency or full-desk recruiting experience is preferred; experience recruiting in specific industry verticals is a plus.Manage and grow their own book of businessBring in new hiring clients using their existing relationships
