The Intralot Operations team is an ever-evolving entity bringing new challenges and opportunities that define a strong starting point for an accomplished career within the industry.What you bring:Education, Training and ExperienceAssociates degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field, and one (1) year related experience, Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of training and experience.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to acquire proficiency in new software applicationsProblem solving and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of MS Excel and WordKnowledge of operating systems, including AIX, Windows and LinuxKnowledge of networking and data communicationsAbility to work a rotating shift including nights and weekendsDuties and ResponsibilitiesUnder the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, performs the following duties and responsibilities. Other miscellaneous duties may be assignedProvide technical monitoring support for systems, including the following:Operate proprietary Intralot, Inc. software applications.Monitor system processes via alert software and escalate accordingly.Monitor communications devices.Cluster of IBM AIX servers for processing transactionsWindows servers hosting web applicationsLinux servers hosting Intralot, Inc. software applicationsOther miscellaneous duties may be assigned.Employment Eligibility VerificationMust possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility.Security RequirementsSubmission to, and ability to pass, a thorough pre-employment background check by the required State or District Lottery and Intralot, Inc. is a requirement of employment.
