The Senior Financial Analyst II is a highly visible FP&A role supporting US Retail’s 800+ store footprint, where your analysis directly influences sales strategy, margin optimization, and senior‑level decision making. You will own core reporting and forecasting processes while partnering closely with Merchandising, Sales, and Finance leadership.Core ResponsibilitiesActively manage sales & margin data to ensure accuracy across platformsWork closely with merchandising partners in our key strategy areas of print services and business servicesAnalyze and explain daily, weekly, and monthly performance vs. plan, highlighting risks and opportunities for Merchandising and Sales leadership.Partner with cross-functional teammates (merchants, accounting, field teams) to support reporting needs and establish KPIsBuild and maintain financial models used to inform sales strategy, margin initiatives, and executive decision‑makingOpportunities to interact with Senior Leadership to support and present insightsHeavy emphasis on owning recurring activities and reports to run the day-to-day business with ad-hoc opportunities to conduct complicated modeling and solve unstructured problems (70/30 split)Essential Skills And RequirementsBachelor’s degree required3 to 5 years cross-functional experience in financeQuery large, relational datasets using SQL Build scalable reporting and dashboards in Power BI Develop data solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and insight generationDemonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Comfort operating with ambiguity and limited direction Strong judgment in prioritizing work that drives business impactPreferred Skills And RequirementsWorkflow automation and data prep using AlteryxExperience with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, Teradata, Oracle, etc.)Strong business acumen and professionalism with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues in all functions and levelsComputer proficiency with ExcelEffective communications skills, both written and verbalStrong analytical & problem-solving skillsSelf-motivation with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervisionGet great perks.Bonus plan and generous amount of paid time off, including one Floating Holiday each yearFlexible work arrangements, including flexible work hours 401(k) plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance with many more optional benefitsAssociate store discount and more perks (discounts on mobile plans, movie tickets, etc.)The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
