Position: .NET Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Concord, CA (Hybrid)Experience: 5+ YearsJob Type: Full Time/ContractMust Have: NET Core, C#, MS SQL, Azure, ReactPosition SummaryYou will have the opportunity to bring your passion for .Net technology to the next generation of our client-Responsibilities:Design, Code, debug and Develop batch-oriented file processing & application development.Document key SDLC processes by producing formal documents like Solution Architecture Document Technical System Design Specifications, etc.Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysisCollaborate with 3rd party vendors and develop suitable integration solutionsConduct formal and informal training and learning sessions with Team members.Provides near to accurate estimates (Resource / Time) to Management for work activitiesParticipates in troubleshooting complex issues and resolving defectsProvide technical thought leadership and be a strong collaborator with domain SMEs, application architects and senior development teams and managementAdopt new and emerging technologies to provide solutions to client needsParticipate in various Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews.Mentor and assist Scrum team members in accomplishing their assigned tasks and removing any impediments.Perform Code Review sessions with the development team to improve the quality of the system / Processes developed.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Familiarity with other Cloud computing services like AWS, GCP etc.,Familiarity with project management systems such as TFS/JIRA / MS Project / Excel.Ability to quickly grasp new technology concepts.Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD) concepts.Expertise in working with offshore developers is a nice to have.Excellent communication skillsGood knowledge and experience with other vendor’s platforms, products, companies and philosophies.Demonstrated expertise in collaborating in a matrixed architecture team delivering timely results.Exceptional technical skills, marked by poise, positive influence, and the ability to drive changeStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence senior product leaders across both the business and technologySignificant expertise establishing and develop strong working relationships with all levels of associates, while maintaining appropriate levels of objectivity to their workDemonstrated ability to employ judgment and experience to make rapid, complex decisionsStrong interpersonal, presentation, and communications skills (written and oral)Results orientation; ability to remove obstacles and hold people accountable for achieving challenging business resultsAttention to detail, good team dynamics, and an ability to work independently as neededEducation & Experience:BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or experience1+ Year of experience in developing and implementing ReactJS SPAs.10+ years of experience in Information Technology supporting development of complex projects involving significant exposure to custodian review and risk systemsExpertise in administering, integrating, orchestrating various resources on AzureExpertise in Design and Development of Web / Windows applications in various Microsoft technologies such as (C#, VB.Net)Strong experience with SQL Server (DB Design, Query Optimization, Indexing)Experience with various Azure Cloud resourcesExperience with Azure Logic Apps.Experience with Azure SQL and Document-Oriented Database programs.Experience with PostgreSQL DBExperience with Agile development methodologies (SAFE)Experience with Version control, setting up CI/CD pipelines/Releases, using Azure DevOps services.Experience with QA Automation and integration with Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines.
