Legal Noticing Specialist
LHH is looking for a Legal Noticing Specialist to support class action and legal notice operations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. If you have strong writing, proofreading, and attention to detail skills with the ability to manage timelines and collaborate across teams-this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in class action settlement administration and legal processes.
What You'll Do:
Support and manage Class Action Fairness Act (CAFA) mailings, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
Draft, edit, and proof CAFA notices, declarations, and court-related documents using templates
Coordinate with Mailings, Accounting, and Client Services teams to ensure accurate processing and billing
Review court dockets, objections, and legal documentation to identify discrepancies or required follow-ups
Create and maintain mailing lists, class member reports, and tracking logs
Manage timelines, calendars, and reporting logs to meet strict legal deadlines
Provide updates and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of legal noticing processes
Assist with client and sales requests, including reporting, projections, and notice-related support
Analyze notice workflows and contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
What You Bring
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high accuracy
Exceptional attention to detail, especially in legal documentation and reporting
Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to learn or familiarity with CAFA and class action settlement processes
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to review documents, identify issues, and take action
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with tracking tools/logs
Pay Details: $29.00 to $31.00 per hour
