Acumatica Implementation Consultant (Senior & Lead Opportunities Available) Location: Remote – USA (preference for Minneapolis, MN or Central North Carolina, but very flexible)Employment Type: Full-time We are partnering with a growing US-based organisation that is expanding its Acumatica practice and is looking to hire multiple Acumatica Implementation Consultants, including one Lead Consultant to guide and manage the delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing ERP consulting environment, working on multiple concurrent implementations for clients across the US. The Role As an Acumatica Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end ERP implementations while working closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders. At any given time, you will manage 3–4 concurrent Acumatica implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. For the Lead Consultant role, you will also provide technical leadership, mentor consultants, oversee delivery quality, and act as the escalation point for complex implementations. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver full-cycle Acumatica ERP implementations Run multiple client projects simultaneously (3–4 at a time) Gather business requirements and translate them into Acumatica solutions Configure, customise, and support Acumatica modules Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders (Lead role) Coach and manage a team of implementation consultants Required Experience Several years of hands-on Acumatica implementation experience Proven track record delivering multiple ERP implementations concurrently Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Operations, Projects, etc.) Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly Desirable Acumatica implementations within the construction sector Experience supporting or leading distributed consulting teams Based near Minneapolis, MN or Central North Carolina (not required) What’s On Offer Salary: Open / Competitive (dependent on experience) Performance-based bonus potential Fully remote role within the United States Opportunity to join a growing Acumatica practice with long-term career progression Exposure to complex, high-impact ERP implementations If you are an experienced Acumatica consultant looking for your next challenge—or ready to step into a Lead role,we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
