What started in Copenhagen has grown into a brand with a presence across some of New York's most respected kitchens and retailers — Cervo's, Dimes, Scarr's Pizza, Sahadi's — and a design identity that has landed us on the cover of Popeye Magazine and in the pages of Office Magazine, Highsnobiety, and Sabukaru. We are a small, fast-moving business building something from the ground up. Every person on the team shapes what this brand becomes.1) Design and Social Media InternAbout the role Reports to: COO, Jeremy KovenCompensation is negotiable and will be discussed based on experience and availability. This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role for someone who wants to learn how a real CPG brand operates from the inside — not desk work for the sake of it. You will work directly with the founding team on deliveries, events, and the day-to-day administrative work that keeps a growing brand running. This role is ideal for a college student or recent graduate who wants a front-row seat to what it actually takes to build a consumer brand from scratch. What You Will Work OnDeliveries & Fulfillment Helping coordinate and handle product deliveries to restaurant and retail partners across New York City. You will get a real understanding of how wholesale logistics work at the ground level of a growing CPG brand.Events & Activations On-the-ground support for Psyche events in New York — setup, coordination, vendor communication, and being present on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly.Administrative Support Helping the team stay organized across email, scheduling, account tracking, and day-to-day operational tasks that keep things moving.CPG Brand Operations Working closely with the founding team to understand how a consumer packaged goods brand operates — from sourcing and inventory to wholesale accounts and retail partnerships. This is a real education in how a brand is built. What We Are Looking ForSomeone who is reliable, highly organized, and genuinely curious about how brands and businesses work. You do not need a specific academic background — we care more about your work ethic and attitude than your major. Comfortable being on your feet, moving around the city, and figuring things out as they come. A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through.
