Club Lounge Attendant

We are looking for friendly, positive, service-oriented, highly energetic, and self-motivated Club Lounge Attendants to join our team. The lounge hours of operation are from 630am to 9 pm, with AM and PM shifts needed, with weekend and holiday availability required.This position's primary function is to provide quality products and service to customers in a friendly and professional manner while adhering to the standards set by Hilton Brand Hotels. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and experience with food and beverage.The Club at Hilton offers an elevated, thoughtfully designed space that enhances every stay with comfort, connection, and warm Hilton hospitality. Across every club experience, guests will enjoy comfort and connection – bringing Hilton's signature service and style to life in a setting crafted to feel welcoming, intuitive, and unmistakably Hilton.We are currently looking to fill four part-time openings.Responsibilities:Greet guests as they enter The Club at HiltonEnsure the space is clean, organized, and suitably presented to all guestsProvide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times and anticipate and exceed guest expectationsMaintain knowledge of airline, automobile rental, transportation options, directions, hotel services, and other relevant establishments, and provide information to guests regarding suchMaintain knowledge of all hotel facilities, including hours of operationMaintain knowledge of the local area, including social, cultural, historical, and physical attractions as well as their location and hours of operationMaintain a stock of clean utensils and suppliesEnsure that hot food and cold food are provided in the lounge in accordance with brand and property standardsRefer guests to hotel outlets to maximize hotel revenueFloat throughout the lounge to enhance the guest experienceOwn, resolve, and follow up on guest issuesAssist guests with food and beverage needs while in the executive lounge and clean the lounge as neededQualifications:Previous relevant experience preferredFlexibility to work various shiftsAbility to gauge customers' preferencesExcellent communication skillsHigh school diploma; relevant training is a plusExperience:• Hotel: 1 year (Preferred)Food & Beverage:• 1 year (Preferred)About Company:Our lakeside hotel is located in Charlotte, NC, a half-mile from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and steps from The Shoppes at University Place.
