The RoleThe Lead Monetization Analyst is responsible for helping to shape pricing and monetization strategy across the organization and with new product initiatives. This role leads advanced analytics, financial modeling, and cross-functional initiatives to drive profitable growth and inform executive decision-making.Main ResponsibilitiesPricing & Monetization StrategyPricing strategy development and monetization model designIdentify and evaluate new revenue streams and bundling opportunitiesServe as a pricing and monetization subject-matter expertAdvanced Financial Modeling & AnalyticsOwn new vs legacy pricing modeling and how to balance transitionsAnalyze pricing elasticity, customer behavior, and competitive dynamicsLeverage advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools for insight generationCross-Functional CollaborationProvide analytical insights across marketing, sales, pricing, and project teamsInfluence project direction and communicate with included teamsExecutive CommunicationDeliver executive-ready insights and strategic recommendationsBe comfortable in presenting findings to leadership and governance forumsWhat We Look For in a CandidateBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred3-5+ years of experience in pricing, monetization strategy, or financial analysisProficiency in SQL, Python, and BI toolsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferredExperience in telecommunications, cloud, or B2B technology pricingKnowledge of customer segmentation and competitive pricingExperience navigating large organizationsCompensationThis information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
