We are looking for a highly motivated full-time or part-time Spa Coordinator to be a part of our growing day spa/med spa. Spa Coordinator is at the heart of our operations and involves extensive customer service, multitasking, and communication skills. We are a thriving medical spa that is seeking a new team member to become a part of our new Alpharetta location. Responsibilities for the Spa Coordinator would include, but not limited to: Job Description: · Greeting clients · Checking guests in and out for appointments · Scheduling and confirming appointments · Collecting payments · Membership Sales · Motivated to meet sales goals · Consistently providing excellent customer service · Driving seasonal promotions · Upholding Spa Sydell’s core values of Perseverance, Integrity, Positive Attitude, Growth, Respect, and Guest Satisfaction Job Requirements: Outstanding people and sales skills Friendly and welcoming demeanor Basic math, cash handling and computer skills Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun environment Energetic, detail oriented, and strong work ethic is a must. Ability to multi-task and prioritize History of punctuality, good attendance, and reliability Will open and close the spa and must understand the procedures without supervision Must be sales-driven Must be flexible to weekends and available to work all blackout months: August, December, February, May Hours of operation are Wed-Sat 10am-6pm, Sun. 11am-6pm.
