Position Summary: As a Cashier, your primary responsibilities include maintaining a clean Service Desk/Kiosk, accurately processing transactions, ensuring safety standards, and upholding store policies. You will also assist with stock organization, price checks, and customer ID verification. Your role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the security of company assets. Responsibilities Include: Maintain cleanliness of the Service Desk/Kiosk. Support assigned tasks and projects. Maintain safety standards and report issues. Perform accurate price checks and basic tasks. Process transactions and adhere to policies. Safeguard the register and company assets when unattended. Operate equipment and maintain cleanliness. Possess basic knowledge of produce merchandise. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays. Stock, dust, and organize stock areas around the registers. Assist with tasks during downtime such as separating tags, stocking bags, rolling quarters, etc. Verify customer IDs and adhere to store policies regarding checks and tobacco/alcoholic beverages. Uphold a neat and well-groomed personal appearance in line with company standards. Treat coworkers with fairness and respect.
