Line Cook

The Flagstaff House Restaurant is currently hiring for multiple positions across our kitchen line. We are a fast-paced, fine dining restaurant that  takes pride in craftsmanship, consistency, and teamwork. We welcome applicants with a range of experience levels. Available Positions Prep Cook No experience required. We provide a structured training program for individuals who are eager to learn, work hard, and grow within our kitchen. Cold Line Cook Some experience required. Ideal candidates have basic knife skills, recipe knowledge, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, from-scratch kitchen. Hot Line Cook Minimum 2+ years of kitchen experience required, including line experience. Strong attention to detail, the ability to follow direction, and a willingness to learn new techniques quickly are essential. Pastry Cook Some experience required. Responsibilities include preparing and plating desserts to order, as well as assisting in the production of house-made breads, pastries, ice creams, and sorbets.
