To Apply for this Job Click Here Job ID: 819688Outside Sales Representative / EstimatorFrankfort, IllinoisMalone is recruiting on behalf of our client for an Outside Sales Representative / Estimator to join a growing, privately-owned manufacturer specializing in custom architectural metalwork.This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with direct sales experience who wants to work independently, support multiple regional markets, and make a real impact on the company's growth.Position Highlights:Direct Hire | Full-TimeBase salary range: $50,000-$80,000 (based on experience) ~$50,000-$60,000 (for entry-level / recent graduates) ~Up to ~$80,000 (With 3-5 + years' experience including architectural drawings & fabrication knowledge)Performance based bonus/comp plan.Location: Frankfort, ILTravel/Territories: 30-35% average travel/will sell in multi-market regionsOffice Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 7:00am-3:30pmTraining and Ramp-Up:First ~6 months focused on trainingAfter learning the company's materials, processes, and project workflows you will be hitting the road to targeted markets.Then, What You Will Do:Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple regionsBuild and maintain relationships with existing clients, upselling where appropriateCold call, network, and door knock to generate leadsFollow up on trade show and marketing leadsAccess lists of upcoming projects through company-provided resourcesEstimating & Project SupportReview architectural drawings and specifications to prepare accurate estimatesUnderstand materials, finishes, and mock-ups for custom aluminum productsCollaborate closely with project managers, shop staff, and engineering teamsMulti-Market & Customer ManagementWork across several key markets, maintaining client relationshipsTravel as needed to meet clients and support projectsRepresent the company professionally and consistently in the fieldWhat We're Looking For:1-5+ years of outside or direct sales experience, preferably in construction, subcontracting, millwork, or manufacturingHunter mentality: thrives on new business developmentStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read architectural drawings and a basic understanding of aluminum fabricationComfortable with domestic travel and multi-market client coverageProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and OneNoteWhy Join This Team?Career Growth: Hands-on training, strong mentorship, and long-term opportunity to grow with the companyFamily-Owned Culture: Collaborative, welcoming team with low red tapeImpactful Work: Directly contribute to the growth of a reputable, established manufacturerCompetitive Benefits: Excellent Full Health Insurance & 401k planBoth Malone and our client are equal opportunity employers.2000056To Apply for this Job Click Here
