Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine equipment maintenance, identifying and troubleshooting equipment issues, and conducting preventative measures for operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include ensuring proper functioning of industrial systems and assisting with repairs as needed to meet operational goals and safety standards. Qualifications Experience with Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance processesSkills in diagnosing and Troubleshooting machinery issuesProficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasksKnowledge of Industrial Maintenance practicesStrong problem-solving and time management skillsWillingness to work on-site in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul AreaPrior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plusTechnical certifications or vocational training in maintenance or related fields is advantageous
