Senior Associate – Construction Practice Group (South Florida)A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Associate to join its South Florida Construction Practice Group. Position Overview:The ideal candidate should have at least five (5) years of experience in transactional and litigation matters, with a focus on construction law. This role involves supporting various construction-related agreements and offers exposure to both domestic and international projects.Key Responsibilities:Assist in drafting and negotiating construction, design, design-build, and related contracts.Collaborate to assess the specific contractual needs of a project, taking into account factors such as cost, location, and intended use.
