Director of Facility Operations & Revenue Growth
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-energy leader to oversee and grow a multi-use indoor sports facility in the Baltimore/Annapolis market. This is not a traditional facility management position. We are looking for someone who can think like an operator and business builder — someone who can help maximize facility usage, create new revenue streams, build relationships within the sports community, and help scale the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in sports, events, business development, facility operations, scheduling, and customer relations. This individual will play a major role in driving rentals, programming, events, partnerships, and overall facility growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to help build something meaningful and grow alongside the business.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth & Business Development • Drive field/court rental revenue and maximize facility utilization • Build relationships with local clubs, trainers, schools, leagues, and organizations • Develop new revenue streams including camps, clinics, leagues, tournaments, showcases, and events • Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities • Help grow the overall brand and presence within the market Facility Operations • Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility • Ensure a high-level customer experience for athletes, teams, families, and partners • Coordinate staffing and operational logistics • Maintain a professional, organized, and energetic facility environment Scheduling & Programming • Manage scheduling software and facility calendar • Coordinate rentals, team training, events, leagues, camps, and clinics • Resolve scheduling conflicts and maximize scheduling efficiency • Assist in building and launching new programming opportunities Events & Partnerships • Coordinate tournaments, camps, clinics, and special events • Help market and promote programs and events • Develop strategic relationships throughout the youth sports communityQualifications• Experience in youth sports, sports facility management, operations, or events • Strong organizational and communication skills • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive revenue and growth • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities • Self-starter who can operate independently • Sales, partnerships, or business development experience is a major plus • Passion for sports, business building, and community engagementCompensation• Competitive base salary • Performance bonuses tied to revenue growth and facility performance • Opportunity for long-term growth within the organizationIdeal CandidateWe are looking for someone who: • Thinks like an owner • Wants to help build and scale a business • Is proactive, organized, and relationship-driven • Understands youth sports and facility operations • Brings energy, ideas, and execution every day To apply, please send your resume along with a brief summary of your background and interest in the role.
