Litigation Attorney

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Attorney. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling various litigation tasks including drafting legal documents, preparing and arguing motions, attending court sessions, managing trials, and conducting depositions. The role demands strong legal acumen and the ability to work collaboratively with the legal team to provide top-notch representation to our clients. QualificationsAt least Seven Years of Experience in civil litigation practice for commercial business disputes, professional responsibility, employment law and/or personal injuryExperience with drafting and arguing motionsFamiliarity with State and Federal Courts and court proceduresSkills in managing Trials and trial preparationExperience in conducting DepositionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and analytical abilitiesJuris Doctor (JD) degree and member of the California Bar
