Job Title: Legal Senior Onsite Service SpecialistLocation: Birmingham, AL (Onsite)Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PMJob Type: Temp to HirePay Rate: $19/hour Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly professional and adaptable Legal Senior Onsite Service Specialist to support daily operations within a legal office environment. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will interact regularly with attorneys, staff, and clients, ensuring a high level of service and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities• Operate high-volume copy, print, and scanning equipment • Perform document binding, finishing, and quality control checks • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and receiving • Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.) • Provide reception support including answering phones and emails • Assist with meeting room setup and general office support • Manage office supplies, inventory, and billing logs • Perform file management tasks including scanning, OCR, and document formatting • Deliver completed jobs within and outside the office as needed • Support attorneys, paralegals, and executive-level staff with document services • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal documents Required Qualifications• High School Diploma or GED • 1-2 years of relevant experience (legal industry experience preferred) • Strong customer service and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe • Ability to multitask and work independently • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications• Experience in legal, print, or document management environments • Familiarity with copier/printer troubleshooting and repair • Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures • Basic technical or electronics knowledge Physical Requirements• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods • Capable of lifting and moving items (paper boxes, chairs, equipment) • Pushing carts and handling office materials Additional Requirements• Reliable transportation (occasional courier runs required) • Professional appearance and punctuality • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Interview Process• Phone Interview ?
