Residential/Commercial Cleaner Apartments HANDYMAN

Job Description: We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented apartment cleaners to perform cleaning services at various residential properties. The ideal candidate is punctual, professional, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. Cleaners must provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment. MUST BE ABLE HANDLE TRASH OUTS, PAINT, and MAYBE CARPET CLEANING!!! Responsibilities: Clean apartments thoroughly, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces Take out trash and replace liners Report any damages or issues found during cleaning Follow client-specific instructions when provided Requirements: Proven experience in residential or apartment cleaning Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment Strong attention to detail and reliability. MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION. NO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication and customer service skills Compensation: Pay rate is competitive and based on the scope of work. Base pay is $50.00 per unit. This could change based on cleaning needs.
