Project Engineer
Tri-City Group is currently seeking a Project Engineer for an opening in Port Washington, WI. The Project Engineer is responsible supporting project teams with on-site administrative and technical coordination across a mission-critical hyperscale project.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToSupport procurement of major equipment packages and track submittalsMaintain equipment tracking logs and monitor lead times and delivery schedulesPackage and submit vendor data in compliance with project specificationsAssist with shop drawing reviews and submittal processesTrack subcontractor progress and ensure compliance with project requirementsCoordinate logistics for equipment delivery, storage, and installationSupport QA/QC, commissioning, and project documentation trackingAssist with purchasing, subcontract agreements, and equipment coordinationAttend jobsite meetings and support field coordination effortsAssist with testing documentation, owner training, punch list tracking, and project closeoutQualifications1 year of construction experience, preferably in project coordinationFamiliarity with construction documents, submittals, and project workflowsExperience with tools such as Procore, or Bluebeam (preferred)Strong organizational and documentation management skillsCandidates must possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. This includes effective communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving forward efficiently.All job offers are contingent upon completing a successful drug screen and reference check.
