The ideal candidate communicates with integrity, creates customer enthusiasm, and excels in solution-based sales.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow solution-focused sales for Watson Metal Masters tanksSupport end users, distributors, and dealer networksBuild strong customer relationships through responsive, professional serviceMeet or exceed assigned sales goals in your territoryPlan and prioritize sales activities efficientlyTravel approximately 25% and attend trade shows across the U.S.Follow up on leads and manage your own project estimatesQualifications23 years of proven sales experience; manufacturing experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not requiredAbility to work remotely and travel as neededPhysical & Safety RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods when on-siteMust be able to lift 25 lbs routinely and occasionally up to 50 lbsMust follow safety procedures, including wearing safety glasses and steel-toe boots
