What You'll Do as a Fabrication Support Associate: Transport fabricated parts to the next operation and accurately record movements in the ERP systemVerify quantities and labels before moving parts and communicate any shortages or discrepanciesPerform finishing processes such as deburring, polishing, passivation, and straightening to meet quality standardsClean raw materials prior to fabrication and inspect parts for visual and dimensional accuracyMove and store raw materials using the ERP system while maintaining organization and traceabilitySafely operate forklifts for material transport and assist with loading and unloadingSupport continuous improvement by recommending best practices that improve safety, productivity, and cost efficiencyWork overtime as needed and perform additional duties while maintaining professional interactionsWhat You Need to Bring to the Fabrication Support Associate Role: High school diploma or equivalent; prior manufacturing or inventory experience preferredAbility to operate or be trained to operate a forklift; valid driver's license requiredComfortable using computers and ERP systems with proficient keyboarding skillsStrong attention to detail and solid time-management and organizational abilitiesProfessional verbal and written communication skillsPhysically able to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds; capable of bending, kneeling, and climbing, with or without reasonable accommodationsSafety-focused with the ability to maintain clean and organized workspacesTeam-oriented mindset aligned with company valuesWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay , access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
