The top organizations across key industries like life sciences, healthcare and financial services rely on Qstream to develop performance-ready employees that drive business outcomes.Qstream has offices in Dublin, Ireland and Boston, United States servicing a customer base across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Australia.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and passionate growth marketer who will help lead the planning, management and execution of revenue generating programs across the buyer's journey – from awareness to acquisition to revenue for the Qstream SaaS microlearning platform! This role will work closely with the marketing team as well as sales, product management and client services to design, experiment and run lead generation, nurture and account-based marketing campaigns across the marketing and sales funnel to increase conversion rates and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise SaaS growth marketer who loves to experiment and think outside the box. This person will also have a proven track record of building, executing and reporting on robust revenue-driving programs as well as the ability to adapt in a fast-paced start-up environment. We are a small but mighty team that values creativity, risk taking and most importantly, a fun and collaborative work environment. We have big growth goals and are looking for someone who is ready to step in and make an impact applying their skills and expertise.ResponsibilitiesWork with marketing, sales and client services to develop the growth marketing plan in alignment with Qstream’s Go-To-Market strategy to achieve sales revenue goals.Collaborate closely with the Director of Product Marketing to optimize the performance of product-led content across campaigns.Strategize, develop and execute lead gen, nurture and ABM campaigns across multiple digital channels including paid media, social, SEO, digital, web, email, webinars and events. Research and apply the latest growth marketing and ABM techniques.Recommend, conduct A/B testing and experiment with novel methods and tools to drive new customer acquisition, nurture the funnel and help accelerate opportunities to closed-won deals.Develop, implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to streamline lead nurturing, campaign execution and reporting processes, improving efficiency across marketing channels.Design campaigns to promote digital content including blogs, videos, infographics, eBooks and other media to support growth campaigns.Establish KPIs, analyze data to monitor revenue program performance and own the dashboard to track and report on the success and progress of all growth marketing efforts.Regularly report on status and progress to leadership and present recommendations on adjustments to the strategy.Requirements3-5 years of experience in B2B growth or performance marketing with examples of previous work and results.Self-starter, highly motivated, ability to work independently and strong entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset.Extensive account-based marketing knowledge, with experience executing targeted campaigns across diverse audiences. Ability to own the lead-gen function and bring a growth mindset to every task, project and discussion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in enterprise SaaS-based software.
