Job DescriptionEHS DirectorOur client located in Louisville, Kentucky is adding an EHS Director to their team. This is a direct hire opportunity. Alternate home site locations are an option.Company Profile:Consumer ProductsEHS Director Role:The EHS Director leads safety strategy and execution across multiple manufacturing sites.This role is responsible for driving culture change, regulatory compliance, and operational safety performance while influencing both site leadership and executive stakeholders.Develop and execute EHS strategy across multiple sitesEstablish and drive KPIs related to incident reduction and risk mitigationLead and influence site-level EHS teams (dotted-line leadership)Travel regularly to sites to coach teams and assess risk firsthandDrive behavior-based safety initiatives and culture transformationEnsure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and regulatory standardsOversee incident investigations and root cause analysisPartner with plant leadership to integrate safety into operationsEHS Background Profile:Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, or related field10+ years of EHS experience in manufacturingProven multi-site leadership experienceStrong background working in union environmentsExperience in both heavy industrial and manufacturing/CPG settingsDemonstrated success driving safety culture changeStrong leadership, communication, and influencing skillsCertifications such as CSP or CIH preferredWilling to travel 50% of the timeFeatures and Benefits:Bonus ProgramHealthcare Benefits and various Wellness ProgramsPTO and Holiday401k with matchAnd so much moreJob Requirements10+ years of EHS experience in manufacturingProven multi-site leadership experienceStrong background working in union environmentsAdditional InformationFrontline Source Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
