Corporate Counsel

Job Description: Support commercial operations, contract drafting and negotiations Collaborate closely with outside regulatory counsel, executive leadership and cross-functional teams Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 3+ years of experience practicing law, with a strong focus on commercial contracts and healthcare or life sciences matters Demonstrated experience advising on HIPAA, PHI handling, and healthcare privacy compliance Strong understanding of contract structure, legal terminology, and risk mitigation. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a part-time (20 hours per week) capacity. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
